25ml High Fidelity Bitter Orange
25ml London Dry gin
25ml Sweet red vermouth

High Fidelity Bitter Orange brings brighter citrus, more defined, layered bitterness and greater lift to this classic serve.

Method: Add equal parts High Fidelity Bitter Orange, gin and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until very cold and properly diluted.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
