High Fidelity Bitter Spritz

Layered, bitter and luminous.

50ml High Fidelity Bitter Orange
50ml Sparkling wine
50ml Soda water

An easy equal-parts Spritz with vivid citrus, gentle bitterness. Complex and very moreish.

Method: Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 50ml High Fidelity Bitter Orange, 50ml sparkling wine and 50ml soda water.

Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a slice of orange, then serve.
