High Fidelity Orange Spritz

50ml High Fidelity Orange
50ml Sparkling wine
50ml Soda water

An easy equal-parts Spritz that feels brighter, fresher and more vivid than the usual serve.

Method: Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 50ml High Fidelity Orange, 50ml sparkling wine and 50ml soda water.

Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a fresh lemon thyme and a pink grapefruit slice, then serve.
